About Millimeter Communications

Founded in 2024 by Mary Annaïse Heglar, Millimeter Communications is a one-woman powerhouse dedicated to breaking and recreating narratives for a regenerative and restorative future.

Mary has nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit communications, and more than a dozen years of experience working with climate communications. She founded Millimeter in order to work exclusively on narratives that tackle injustices today and seek to build a more just world for tomorrow.

Mary is also an award-winning writer with pieces published in outlets like The Cut, Rolling Stone, and The Nation, in addition to several outlets. She is also the author of the novel Troubled Waters and the children's book The World is Ours to Cherish.
